I am starting this blog by inspiration from Judy. I AM going to get my life on track. I want to feel healthy and fit. I have the working out part down, but I need to modify it and add a better meal plan....not diet. So I weighed myself today. This is my starting point. I am going to measure soon too. I have printed off recipes. I need to schedule my food better. If I feel in control most of the time I do a lot better. My downfall is when unexpected things come up. An invitation to someone's house who really doesn't understand my struggle, or mandatory at work-I am hungry, but its late. Then I am hungry in the morning and then I sleep for awhile...ish. I then go through phases when I really like yogurt or carrot sticks, and other "healthy" foods, but there are times that I really don't want to eat them. I need help at these times. I am sure I will add more. I will add the weight when I figure out the security on this site. Thanks all for reading.
